Shipping policy

To know the exact cost and delivery time of the product, you need to see the automatic calculation that is performed during the purchase process (a simulation can be done without completing the purchase process).

Approximately, these would be the values (varying slightly depending on the country), for products in stock and on working days:

- Peninsula and Balearic Islands: cost is €7 and delivery in 24-48h. For purchases over €100, shipping is free.

- Andorra and the Canary Islands: cost €12 and delivery in 3-5 working days. Free shipping for purchases over €150.

- Europe: cost of €22 and delivery in 24-48h. For purchases over €250, shipping is free.

- Rest of the world: from €29 (busiest routes) to €42. Delivery from 5 to 8 days. For purchases over €400, free shipping.

In the event that there are specific tariffs and/or taxes somewhere, it will be the recipient who will bear these added costs.

For products out of stock, it would be necessary to add between one week and 10 days for the shipment of the piece. If for any reason the delivery time is longer, the customer will be notified within 24 hours to notify the expected delivery date or to proceed with the refund of the amount.

Returns policy

If what you bought is not what you expected ... I'm sorry! But no problem, you can return the product up to 30 days after reception, always in the same condition and original packaging with which it was delivered. The purchase ticket must also be included. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

You can schedule the collection from Pitiua (with standard web costs, contact us at info@pitiua.com) or you can return on your own, sending the package to:

You can also take the package in person to this same address or to one of the fairs and markets in which Pitiua participates (agreed hours via whatsapp at +34 661099784).

Once the package has been received and its condition has been checked, the amount paid will be refunded within two weeks, using the same payment method used to purchase it.

Of course, if the product has an origin problem, the amount will be changed/returned at no additional cost. All products have a two-year warranty (if they present problems not due to misuse/maintenance).
