Aro Cavallet de Mar earrings

A couple, lovers of the sea and the Costa Brava, were getting married and wanted some marine-inspired rings. They liked what I was doing and asked me to think of something along those lines. It seemed to me that an alliance, which is always carried on, should be more discreet, more uniform. And if it was a couple's engagement, it clearly had to do with the seahorse (they're monogamous). The square-section seahorse's tail helps it hold up better in places, and it's more resilient ... the strength of its tail, applied to a relationship, also seemed like a nice idea to me. So ... from the mold of the seahorse Formentera (hippocampus hippocampus, here called Cavallet de Mar Xato), I extracted several copies in wax, which I worked and put together. The hoop is made of 4 pieces of tail and therefore widens and thins according to the area. Finally, the couple opted for another option but, thanks to them, here was a beautiful and "sense" ring.

Once I got the copies, when I went to work, I thought that some earrings with this textured hoop, would look beautiful. Was I right? On the outside and on the sides they are like the tail and on the inside I polish them a lot to make them shiny. I make the earrings in three different sizes (1.8cm, 2.2cm and 2.5cm outside diameter). They come with pressure closure.

SIZES: Easel hoops measure 3.5mm at their widest point and 2mm at their thinnest point. They have a thickness/height of 3mm approx. Available in three different sizes, depending on their outer diameter: S (1.8cm), M (2.2cm) and L (2.5cm).

FINISHES: silver, oxidized silver (dark), gold-plated brass. Check your <MAINTENANCE> according to the relevant finish.
